Any reproduction, distribution, public disclosure or commercial use without our express written consent is prohibited and may have civil and criminal consequences.
As a user you are responsible that all information provided (e.g. identification data, contacts, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Riches Investdale – whether manually or through AI automations – are your sole responsibility and are made at your own risk. Continued use of the platform after the changes come into effect is deemed acceptance. For material changes you may close your account.
